• Order data: delivery address, phone number, payment method selection, and order history.
• Support data: messages you send through contact forms, track & support, or email.
• Technical data: browser type, device information, and session identifiers for security.

3. How we use your data

• Process and deliver seed orders.
• Send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and support replies.
• Verify your email address and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Improve catalogue presentation and checkout reliability.

4. Data retention

Order records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution as required by applicable law. You may request account deletion by contacting support@mahakalenterprises.com.

5. Third-party sharing

We share delivery addresses with courier partners solely to fulfil your order. UPI payments are processed by a certified payment gateway; we never store your UPI credentials on our servers.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@mahakalenterprises.com. We respond within fifteen business days.
